I have had good cuts here in the past, however had a bad experience today. The stylist who cut my hair did not check any of her work as she went and did not offer to check the back at the end. The fade she gave me was literally off by an inch on one side and completely unblended. When I asked the other stylist to check it and fix the cut, the original stylist, Renee, became defensive and short with me, insisting that it looked fine to her.

I feel anything BUT super after th 50$ hair cut. They charged me to blow dry by fair FRIZZY! I’m absolutely devastated. The lady made me feel bad for even asking for product. It was the worst haircut experience and I was I was visibly upset in the chair. I just kept crying.

Ladies were really nice but when I went in I specifically said my hair was difficult to color but I wanted platinum highlights (my hair is very dark). I was told no problem. I went in at 9am on my birthday. When she was done I had brownish highlights. I had a sinking feeling in my stomach I said it was not looking like the picture I showed her and she proceeded to ‘do it over’. After re-processing my hair again, I had very few lighter highlights and more yellow-brown highlights. they were so excited and I said it looked fine and paid and left. it looks NOTHING like the picture I showed her and asked for. I paid $135 for over processed hair color I am very unhappy with. And there’s no highlights to the front (along my hairline). Just a total waste.

I didn’t know what to get when I walked in there and left with the best haircut I ever got. All my friends and relatives love it, but not as mush as I do! The person who cut my hair was Britney and she was amazing! I also love how they have walk-ins. I will always go there next time I need a haircut and every other time too.
