Walked in to get my son a haircut. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes while one employee sat in a chair and ignored us. Finally was acknowledged by an employee and was told to wait. Staff could not even bother to check us in. Horrible customer service at best.

I have never had such an awful experience getting my hair cut. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who originally did my hair, but she was pregnant and has longer brown hair with bleached tips that fell over most of her face. I had to ask her to stop cutting my hair once I finally got my glasses on to see what she had done. The screenshot that I uploaded is the image I brought in ad reference. I was not looking to get that color, simply the cut. I asked her if she could so this before we began, and she assured me she could. My hairline was supposed to come down far in the back and then swoop up over my ears, but instead she tool her razor and cut away all my volume and I’m now left with a small square of hair on the top of my head and I feel like Pepper from American Horror Story. She also assured me she could do the small shave design on the side. As she was doing it, she said something about how “People usually go to barber shops to get the smooth lines. We can’t really do that here” but my glasses were off. Once I put them on, I saw nothing short of a cave drawing on the side of my head. She kept cutting and I told her to stop. She kept asking if I was sure, and I told her I was done. I left the store after paying and started to tear up. I looked like a joke. I ended up going back into the store and asked if I could speak to the manager. I think her name was Chris, the manager, who saved the bit of hair I had left. The pictures I’ve posted here are what it looked like after Chris did what she could. Obviously, she could not put the hair back on my head from where the other employee carelessly shaved it off, but she neatened up the cut and tried to fade out the bottom of the design. If it weren’t for Chris, I probably would have simply shaved my head. I was so embarrassed by what had been done to me. I still am. But YouTube has many tutorials on how to wrap your head in a scarf, and I know where to buy hats. Eventually my hair will grow back, but when it does I will never let the original cutter touch me again. I will go back to see Chris, though. She is an angel and was so amazing. She kept me calm even though I just wanted to sob forever (and admittedly, I did cry for a bit. I was just shocked at what a bad cut I had received) but those tears eventually turned into laughs. I want to thank Chris for her amazing work at trying to salvaging the bit of hair and dignity I was left with.

I highly recommend Rachael from the Sinking Spring location!!! She went above and beyond and did an amazing job on my hair. What is appreciated most is that she stayed passed closing to make sure I got the touch up and haircut I wanted. Took the time to answer all questions about the hair products I was looking at. So friendly and professional!!! Need more like her!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went to the hair salon as I was in desperate need of my hair being done. When I entered I was greeted by Betty who was understanding to my needs and told me not to worry and she would help me out and get me in and out as soon as possible. Betty did my hair (color, cut, and trimmed) in a timely matter. She did make conversation with me as well which was wonderful (you don’t see that now a days). I would be going back here and making this my new place just because the environment was warm and welcoming not to mention the staff at Supercuts were really nice.
