Overall I’ve been satisfied with the stylists I’ve dealt with. I’m very satisfied with the one I deal with now. However there is inconsisteny from one salon to another. There seems to be lots of turnover and the professionalism of the stylists vary. Let the buyer beware.

Walked in and was second on list. Had 4 people come in after me with appointments. We all sat and waited for over 20 minutes while one person cut hair and the other carried on a conversation at the cash register. This was in English and Spanish and featured several curse words in both. Both employees were engaged in the conversation for nearly half an hour but only one was actively cutting someone’s hair, simultaneously. The conversation seemed like no end in sight so all of us were waiting for the remaining person. I walked out and have no idea if anyone got their hair cut today.

First time in years going to a hair salon, and it was such a great experience. I got a wolf cut and bangs from Jay, and it looks AMAZING!!! All the staff there were sweet, funny, and easy to talk to. Excellent job by the stylist, I highly recommend Jay for haircut. She was able to give me my dream cut from just a few reference pics. My stylist was Jay, and I was amazed with her ability to keep him entertained and distracted all while giving an amazing cut ! I couldn’t have asked for better service.
