Douglassville staff is great! Upland Square told me that couldn’t dye my daughters hair after selling me $150 in gift cards that I was told could be used to dye her hair a vibrant color. Douglassville worked with her and is getting it done. Will post pix when its done. They consulted with us where Pottstown was not willing. Her hair is amazing! The stylist was amazing. Definitely make the trip to Douglassville.

They are not well trained with mens hair they cut too short and don’t properly layer it which if you don’t know makes it look very choppy and doesn’t give you that clean flowing look. I think they need better trained hairstylists. They can do basic long hair trims but when it come to wanting layers, bangs, side bangs, or male haircuts i suggest going somewhere else until their staff practices and becomes more experienced.

Critical: QualityI was horrified about my husband’s haircut. The stylist did a horrible job! I made him go back to have her fix the uneven top, but there was nothing that could be done to fix his hair line across his neck that she buzzed unevenly two inches above his ears!!! Needed a quick trim on my lunch break. After a couple ‘meh’ experiences at a local barbershop, I went back to my roots at Super Cuts. The staff is great, very friendly and attentive. These shops get slandered because the internet tells people that’s what they should do, but I’ll take this Supercuts location over any other barbershop that’s paying people to like them.
