Worst haircut of my life! My left side was 1 – 2 inches shorter than my right side! Didn’t notice until I got home because my hair is curly. I also had said to only cut 3 inches and to keep it long and now my hair is definitely medium length! She also hardly touched my bangs even though I told her the length that I wanted. I had to do it myself twice at home to get them shorter.. plus my long layers in the back were not done right. I am not the type if girl who cries if my hair isnt perfect.. but SERIOUSLY, avoid this place if you have long hair! Or at least if you see a very short lady (although nice).. run for the hills!!!!

Megan is the stylist to get. The biggest pain is that they usually only schedule for that day meaning you cannot call and schedule days ahead of time. Overall not a bad spot for a friendly cut.

Place looked clean, but we went in, not a single customer, looking for haircut for my son. She says we have to come back later because 3 people checked in online and we were walk ins without checking in. We were the only ones actually there. And a kids haircut is like 10inutes max. I understand if there is even 1 person there and 2 online pending. But there we 0 people in the place. Did we leave, yes. Will I go back later, no.

They were all nice, and color came out well. However I tried to repeatedly bring up that my bangs were crooked, it was adjusted two or three times and still came out shorter and crooked. I did a better job of cutting them at home. Haircut, Hair coloring

Critical: Quality, ValueNEVER COMING BACK!Asked for a simple hair cut. Only wanted to fade the sides and trip on the top. She seemed to be disinterested and rushed through it. Ended up leaving my hair uneven and patches on both the sides. It seems she does not know even how to use the trimmer properly.On top of that she she even let me see the mirror correctly cause she knew she messed up. I wish there was way I could post pics of hair cut. If there’s an email ID, I would like to send picture to decide if I was wrong. It’s pretty bad!!The hairdresser happened to be the manager who had no courtesy to apologize even after she messed up. Not only did Toni and Meghan save my son’s very long hair about 6 months ago (bad knot near his scalp after a 1.5 week illness that I couldn’t get out) but when he was finally ready to donate his hair, he wanted one of them to do it. I was able to get Toni’s last appt of the day (which was right after I called) and once again she was great. He struggled for weeks to find a cut he liked and finally settled on one that was just about right. We showed her and asked for some help making it better and she nailed it. His new cut that he was excited yet nervous about turned out amazing! Thank you again!!
