Critical: Quality, ValueI asked Hannah to trim my hair enough so that the split ends are gone. I have thick hair and it’s layered so I expected her to section and cut it, which she did not do. She sprayed my hair with water it and just did a few snips with it all together and then said she was done. It was left COMPLETELY uneven with split ends still left on the longer side. I asked Hannah to trim my hair enough so that the split ends are gone. I have thick hair and it’s layered so I expected her to section and cut it, which she did not do. She sprayed my hair with water it and just did a few snips with it all together and then said she was done. It was left COMPLETELY uneven with split ends still left on the longer side. A lot of my friends go to barbers because they’re usually better with mens cuts, but Amanda does just as well if not better. Critical: QualityI must have caught Amanda on a very bad day. I was half way home when I realized she never offered me the hand mirror to see the back of my cut. Now I know why! I specifically told her I was letting my hair grow and referred to a picture but rather than just improve the shape, she cut my hair short, clumpy and uneven. The short spots are so short that I can’t even go back to have the other side evened out until it grows again. I wouldn’t complain if the cut were just shorter than I expected but short with longer uneven sections and other spots of very short hair make me angry. This is just about the worst haircut I’ve ever had.
