Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTruly the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. This was my first time coming to this salon, and and T was nothing short of amazing. Not only was she welcoming and inviting, but she took the time to actually assess my hair and scalp. I’ve never had a stylist actually look at my scalp and feel my hair type before proceeding with a wash and cut. It sounds so trivial but it was very helpful. Truly the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. This was my first time coming to this salon, and and T was nothing short of amazing. Not only was she welcoming and inviting, but she took the time to actually assess my hair and scalp. I’ve never had a stylist actually look at my scalp and feel my hair type before proceeding with a wash and cut. It sounds so trivial but it was very helpful. Thanks ladies!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHorrible!! Lee was the name. Very unprofessional. I asked her to read a text from my previous barber, and she refused saying I bet I can get you what you want. Got back home every one made fun of me for having the worst hair cut ever. She cuts the side so high by mistake and tried to fix it which made it worst and made my forehead looks like a drum. I asked for a clean cut with a long top I got an extreme short hair with a cricked hair side lines. It was my first time at Super Clips and definitely my last. Horrible!! Lee was the name. Very unprofessional. I asked her to read a text from my previous barber, and she refused saying I bet I can get you what you want.
