I have been using this salon for about 2 years. Usually, when I arrive I have to wait. Most of the time it isn’t too long but occasionally it has been. I sit there patiently even though I have an appointment. The last time I waited because one of their staff had to leave early. Today for the first time we arrived 10 minutes late. The lady refused to take my son because she has back-to-back customers every 20 minutes. Well, she has just lost 3 customers because she couldn’t be a little flexible the one time I was late. I was flexible when your staff kept me waiting.

Just moved to this area. I’m a male in my late 20’s. Randomly decided to stop by here while running errands and I walked out with the best haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. Dana is the real deal, incredibly talented and very friendly. She earned another regular. Looking forward to going back!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a haircut. I came in, said I wanted 2 inches off, the stylish cut off ALL my hair, I never have a horrible ugly bob cut. I hate short hair and the lady did exactly what I said NOT to do. She was also rude, told me my whole head of hair was dead ends and basically called my hair disgusting. This is what I get for using a coupon and going to super cuts rather than going to an actual salon where they RESPECT their clients…

Went for the 7 for $24 highlights. I have never gotten highlights before, but I already have natural highlights so I figured it wouldn’t be much of a difficult job. First of all, the staff member set me aside and made me wait until she finished the other clients in the store (they all arrived long after I had gotten there.) I ended up waiting for an hour before taking my turn.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Christina Nole at Paoli Supercuts for several years now. These places can be hit or miss, but I have found Christine to be consistently excellent with my haircuts, very professional and personable as well, making the entire outing a very pleasant experience. She has encouraged me to try different things over the years – modernize my look a little bit – always appropriately and i feel that she actually cares a lot about her craft and also how I look. I’m a big believer in sticking with someone who does a really good job, which is why i’m very happy to be working with Christina at Supercuts for all of this time.

All I wanted was my bangs cut, I brought a picture and everything. What I got was about an inch shorter than desired and the equivalent of a bowl cut. The cheap price is not worth the several weeks of growing out this is going to take. Would advise against going here.

The haircuts here are good for the price, they just never seem to be open when they are supposed to be… I have been here at 10AM many Sundays and ultimately left because nobody was there. I have had this happen on Saturdays as well.
