My hair is long but sides are short. I went in to get my sides shaved and my stylist (annie I think her name was) was very careless with the clipperr. I felt the clipper snag on my long hair a few times. I left and when I took the hair tie off I saw she had cut off a chunk of my long hair. I went back to complain but she denied it. Even with a handful of hair that she shaved off as evidence. Do not go here especially if you have the misfortune of getting annie as your stylist. They must let anyone just walk in and start cutting hair here.

Don’t go to Supercuts at all I gave them one star because I couldn’t give them a zero star there was nobody in the building at all but they passed me over two different times with customers when I was there first lady was rude to me and I just happened to sign in as well but you know they still passed over me like three times

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took my teen daughters here for the first time. I needed a quick change to the routine. Admittedly I’m not one for chain salons at all and reading other reviews made me somewhat nervous. However, our experience was on point in every aspect. Vonnie checked us in and didn’t miss a beat. I watched her cut several heads in record time with precision and care (young, seasoned, diverse). Kim tackled yes tackled my youngest teen’s shoulder length hair and she received a shampoo, flat iron, and curl. Beautiful! And Denise had already came highly recommended from a family member on her handle with clippers! Denise was able to give second life to an existing taper for my older teen. Paired this with a curly top and my older teen was very pleased with the outcome. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the other stylist who had a difficult client. As I waited for my daughters, I noticed she handled the client with ease for the many challenges she received from the customer. Sorry I missed your name. If the attentive chill atmosphere and quality services can be replicated we will be back. I took my teen daughters here for the first time. I needed a quick change to the routine. Admittedly I’m not one for chain salons at all and reading other reviews made me somewhat nervous. Had my hair cut by Kay. It was great and I would come back again. Fast, efficient, and Kay is a pleasant person. I would also recommend the check-in process online. The worst haircut experience I have ever had. I took my daughter to get a fairly simple haircut (chin length cut). Shortly after we arrived, we noticed there was a training class for new employees in the back. The stylist cut my daughter’s hair very crooked (chin length on one side and shoulder length on the other). It appeared that she may still be in training, but they certainly didn’t tell us that before starting the cut. The stylist realized her mistake and went to get another more senior stylist to help her. That person showed her how to do the cut but then left. The original stylist again cut my daughters hair crooked and again had to get another stylist to help her. Finally, after I complained, the trainer from the back came to cut my daughter’s hair. The final cut was ok, but they shouldn’t have brand new people cut hair without supervision (or permission from the client).
