I went in for a clean up before the holidays. I had signed in for 2p and wasn’t seen until 2:30. It’s the holidays, so I figured it might take a bit. Kym was my stylist and had come out of the back to help with the line. I asked Kym for a 1-3 guide comb fade with scissors on to keep my normal length. I typically go once a month, so it’s normally just a quick clean up of the sides. They have done my hair before, so I figured they would start at the sides as usual. Instead they went right down the center of my head with the number 3 blade. At this point the damage was done, and there wasn’t any way to fix it without going shorter. It’s just hair, and it will grow back, but I would not say it was a positive experience. Had it just been one below average experience at the Bryn Mawr location, I’d come back, but in comparison to the other location in Villanova, it just feels sub-par. The service, punctuality and cleanliness just don’t match up to the other local locations. I’ll be back to Supercuts, just not in Bryn Mawr.

Am grateful that salons are open despite of pandemic and stylists are choosing to take the risks and are offering services. Went in today for a basic haircut. Amanda was so fun. I enjoyed talking to her and it became more like 2 girlfriends chatting. None the less Amanda was very detailed and meticulous. Salon was clean, and sops were followed. Would definitely return.

Critical: PunctualityI left bc my “short” wait turned into 30 min. I’d rather just go to any old fast haircut place and run in if they are not busy. Btw I made the appt at 1:45. The next available was 5:20. Last time I try that!

The Opening at 10am was pushed back to 11am. 11am came and went and still not open. I waited for 15 minutes for them to open and still no one came to open the store. Can you really run a business like this and be successful?

Showed up on time for my appointment. Waited for a while then gave up and left. They had at least one stylist sitting in the haircut chair doing nothing. So, I’m not real clear on their system, but it doesn’t look very efficient from a customer service standpoint and appointment times clearly don’t mean much.
