Made an appointment didn’t have to wait too long, but they only had 2 hair stylists at the time so I understand. The only issue is that we asked for short layers and we wanted a lot if them, but the girl just did basic medium/long layers. It’s not exactly what we wanted but it wasn’t worth it to go back and ask to fix it. Other than that they were ok.

Wasn’t a terrible experience. Just didn’t like how my hair was cut. It was uneven an my bangs were cut too short. She focus on giving me volume when I didn’t need it puffy at all. I got my hair cut there before with no problem but this time was not exactly happy but hair will grow back so no need for me to fuss.

Made appointment, short wait upon arrival. Explained in detail how I wanted my hair cut, Bob style… left with hair looking nothing like a Bob. I look like Dorothy Hamil…Way to short and unruly. After a few tears at home, praying it grows quickly. Very disappointed as they’ve always done a great job in years past.
