My daughter had a wonderful experience with Sondra, for a cut/shampoo/blow dry, and she did a beautiful job! She was very kind and made sure that my daughter was pampered throughout her entire appointment. My daughter left with a smile and beautiful hair. Thank you so much Sondra! We will be back! I walked in the other day without a reservation, and was told to sign in the book. So I proceeded to sign in and wait. A lady comes in 5 minutes later who also didn’t sign in online and was told the same thing. So she proceeds to sign in on the book and I’m guessing online on her phone right then and there. A gentlemen walks in about 10 minutes after I do, who made a reservation after I signed in on the book online and they decide to cut his hair prior to mine (at this point I’ve waited around 15-20 minutes). I keep my cool and wait for the second hair dresser to finish. After she finishes the client she’s with she then decides to choose the lady who came in after me and signed in online after I signed in. When I questioned them she replied that’s how the system works. Where is the logic? Clearly I was there before her and signed in prior to her and was waiting, how does signing in online prioritize her over me and why did the hair dressers not mention that it would make more sense to sign in online and instead gave me a physical sign in book. I decided not to make a scene and walked out the door and the hairdresser shrugs as if she doesn’t care. First and last time I will ever go to this location. Wasted 30+ minutes of my time.

I make tiktok videos where I tip people in the beauty industry $1000 for a 5 minute haircut as I know it’s a hard career and I look to spread positivity and happiness. They’ve turned me away 3 times saying that I haven’t booked online over the past month. I only ask for my head to buzzed on the sides and then leave. And believe me I understand if it were busy but it’s always empty when I do this. I’m not going to slam them with a 1star as I never received a haircut. Or maybe I’ve walked in on while someone was having a bad day. But just as business advice maybe be nicer when people don’t have an appointment. Like say “we’re really sorry we couldn’t fit you in! I can show you how to book online” Maybe it’s Supercuts systems fault but as I was turned away the week before so I knew they would turn me away without an app. So I tried to, When you go online however it will say 0 minute wait, so you can only book 2 hours out.

DO NOT LET TANYA TOUCH YOUR HAIR. She decided not to fade my hair and cut it all down to a 1 for some unknown reason. She then said “oh I’m not going to charge you, I’m sorry” and told me it “would grow back in 2 weeks” and proceeded to be emotionally immature and have a horrible attitude. I spoke to the manager who was absolutely clueless. I now have a botched hair cut that I need to get fixed by 3pm. I will NEVER return to this place and you shouldn’t go either. 0 stars.
