Eyebrows hot waxed. I recommend Supercuts to anyone I take my autistic son there. And Tiffany the manager is very good. She does a great job. And with my hair as well. I won’t go anywhere else. Tiffany has been running that place non stop. By herself his the pandemic. Couldn’t get any help. She’s been doing a great job. People need to understand that. And be patient with her.

My boyfriend made an appointment for 1:40pm. The store called him at 1:27pm and said they were ready for him. We left immediately and arrived at 1:35pm. We waited for 17 minutes. Finally, a stylist, Tiffany, opened the door. She said that all three stylists had called him but couldn’t get ahold of him. Then she asked the people behind us if they had appointments as if my boyfriend didn’t. Then she shut the door. My boyfriend continued to wait to speak with another stylist and they told him they would not cut his hair.

At 6pm on a monday, I awent to supercuts with my two boys looking to have my 3 yr old’s hair cut. When we walked in there were 2 stylist there working, both with patrons, 1 was checking in the family ahead of us. After she checked in those people she returned to her client in the chair and completely ignored the fact that I was standing there, not even so much as a “we’ll be with you in a minute” or anything! I felt totally ignored as if I were invisible so I took my kids and left to go to great clips where I was treated well and quickly.

Critical: ProfessionalismVery poor hair cut, there were strands of hair that were uncut that I had to cut when I got home, and they also required masks as well. Also did not have a place for people waiting to sit.
