They always cut my hair the way i like it. My hair style is always the same and they give me consistent results. Ill have a visit about once every month. Ive never had a bad experience with this Supercuts or any Supercuts for that matter. I like that i can check in online. The staff is very friendly, easy to chat with and super welcoming amid the pandemic!

They are always busy which is great for business but they are short staffed which means they are not maximizing business. I was told numerous times this place takes walk ins but the wait is always 2 hours for walk ins because employees are leaving. They have 2 people for the 4 to 8 shift and I believe that’s when most people get off work. I’m just disappointed because when I was in Virginia I went to similar place called sports clips and had great customer service. My first time at supercuts was okay, wait was 2 hours so I went to gym and showered afterwards then came back to get my hair cut. The sign should almost say, walk ins welcome but the wait will be at least 2 hours. I’m just not impressed with how the business is ran. Poor Poor Poor stylists. the first time was great n precise but the second time my hair was all jacked up and I had to wear a hat to work because you could see the lines where the trimmer was changed. No fading skills. I had to correct my own hair and did a better job than she did. It’s upsetting that a franchise like this let’s this stuff happen.

Called ahead 1.5 hours. Said they’d get me in at 6:30. I walk in at 6:29, they said they had 2 hair cuts in front of me – the 2 people that walked in directly before me. Bad business, I was on a tight schedule and wasn’t able to get a haircut because of it…look elsewhere if you appreciate customer service
