Made appointment at 1:40 online. Got verification. Showed up early. They said they were only taking cash, witch was fine. But then they said that they couldn’t get me in till 3:00. Why do they bother taking appointments???

First time going there, I was very happy. Just two days before school starts I take my son for his hair cut and she didn’t do what he asked. He wanted a HIGH fade with cut on top. He walked out with a number 1 cut all over, NO FADE at all. When I said something the lady acted like she talked him into it. No, he was very disappointed. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. I still tipped too. Paid way too much for disappointment. Sorry. His name was Nicholas, Saturday appt at noon. I will fix it, but I’m never going back.
