I had a great first time experience…then I went in again and thought I stepped into a highschool with all the negative conversations being had. The stylists were gossiping about how everyone around them are doing things wrong and went into specifics what they have “seen” as well the Stylist got a big attitude when I told her just to make it an even cut. 5 minutes later and t was done. She cared more about socializing then anythingto tops it i threw away 35 bucks becausei had to shave my head when I returned home because the hair was trash. Dont visit here gosh great clips fid a better job lol.

Autumn was phenomenal for my sons first haircut!! She was so patient and kind. Made sure it was nice and even and he looked great! There’s not much you can do to keep a 1year old still, but Autumn didn’t let that stop her from giving him an amazing cut! I won’t be taking him to anyone else! Haircut

According to the other reviews it heavily depends on who you get to cut your hair. I went in for a regular hair cut and got Renee. She was very nice and we conversed pleasantly about our dogs and some other light subjects. I was scheduled for 3:20 but walked in at 3. Was almost immediately taken care of and walked out at 3:26. I rarely get my hair cut but when I do I usually have a reference picture and it seems to help no matter where I go. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she pretty much got it spot on. I have no complaints with this particular visit.

If I could do 0 stars I would. We drove over an hour in the snow to get here because it was one of the few places with Sunday hours, we even did the check-in via their app for 3:40. They were closed when we arrived and didn’t bother to call us to cancel. I do expect that if you aren’t going to honor your appointment you call.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe receptionist that answered the phone gave false information about hair coloring services. My brother showed up for his appointment and was told that the service that he asked for is not provided. And was then told to leave. He then asked if he could still get his haircut, and they then proceeded to tell him that his appointment was already given away. How in the hell does an appointment be given away at the exact same time this conversation is happening? Super unprofessional and poor training on the managements part. If you don’t have an answer to a question, then don’t answer it. Get someone that is knowledgeable about the subject and then give me an answer. Sounds to me like someone was just being lazy and didn’t want to cut hair because it was coming to the end of their shift and thought it would have taken too long. I went there to get my hair colored. I’ve always had issues in the past where people missed patches in my head and didnt do the coloring properly. These guys did an amazing job! I got compliments at work the next day. They are polite and efficient. Best to call ahead to put your name down so you would be taken first vs people just walking in. They have an app too and you can check in online.

I’ve gone to several places and never been truly happy. After she did my hair, Carla is the only person I let touch it. I come to her with all my questions and for advice on hair coloring. I completely trust her knowledge on everything. She’s so awesome and makes you feel welcome in the store. You can tell that she wants you to be happy with your new cut when you walk out the door 🙂

It’s very hit and miss here. I’ve had good haircuts and I’ve have had bad haircuts. It all depends on who you get. Last night I got one of the worst. Very uneven with patches left everywhere. Mostly likely, I will not return. I don’t like the inconsistency amongst different stylists.
