Have been coming here for the past several years and while some of the stylists have changed over the years, especially with the pandemic, they have been great with all of our family hair cutting and styling needs. They are friendly, curtious, kind, and personable. They also try to fit the style you want to you personally. We will continue to patronize this place…at least until all my hair is gone !

I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. When we arrived, I was told that their system doesn’t show appointments made online, only ones made through the app. They didn’t offer to honor the appointment or get us in next, instead saying we’d be taken as a walk in, and the wait would be at least 30 minutes. The stylists were very nice but it makes no sense to offer online booking that doesn’t work.

I had two family members get there haircut/ trimming of hair recently at Supercuts. It was cheap, that was the good part of the experience. One person didn’t get enough taken off, and the other had too much taken off plus razor cuts with a rash! Neither will probably go back. The people working were friendly, but my family members didn’t get the haircut they wanted, so they will not be going back.

Critical: QualityI debated for weeks about getting my hair cut because of Covid, but went for it. And I was sadly disappointed. First, my phone couldn’t sync to wifi, so I couldn’t show the stylist what cut I wanted. She did have wifi, and I found the cut I wanted. Nowhere near what I got. My hair is a disaster.
