I really looked better prior to coming to Supercuts. That was the worse $25 I’ve ever spent. Never again. Besides, the hairdresser was leaving me in the middle of her job 2 times to serve others at the desk. When she came back again, my hair was already dry, she finished the cut on the dry hair, it looked terrible. But then she still played with a fan couple seconds so she could charge me for styling I guess. The cash register forces you to select the amount of tips you want to leave giving you no chance to skip it. I just was rushed home to get a shower. I could not be on public with my new hair cut.

Rachel cut my hair and did partial highlights. (My hair is so much healthier) The highlights were exactly color I was looking for, after being disappointed a few times this past year at other salons. The staff was very sweet and friendly. I called ahead since I was requesting chemical services yet I didn’t really need to since they weren’t busy as I arrived shortly after they opened at 9am. I will be back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis “salon” denied service to my children because they had tangles in thier long hair. The manager, Rachel, told me her staff wasn’t trained to handle tangles and they didn’t have time to deal with them as this wasn’t a service they offered. I reviewed the extensive list of services on the Supercuts website and find it hard to believe that brushing hair isn’t an offered service. This store has disengaged, lazy employees who have a serious lack of leadership from management that supports awful treatment of customers and think it’s 100% okay to humiliate a 7 year old girl. The manager, Rachel, told me her staff wasn’t trained to handle tangles and they didn’t have time to deal with them as this wasn’t a service they offered. I’ve been going here regularly for a couple years.. and usually okay with my haircut. Sometimes you have to fine tune your cut after you get home. But my last experience will be my last at Supercuts. I wouldn’t let the young girl with the jewelry hanging from her nose cut my grass.. let alone cut my hair. Didn’t listen to directions.. cut way too short. Usually a stylist will cut it to a length then ask if you’d like it shorter. Not this girl.. she went straight to the roots without batting an eye. Or maybe her eyes were just closed. Usually I get a haircut every 6 weeks or so.. The only plus side is I won’t need a haircut for at least 12 weeks. Feel bad for giving a bad review.. just avoid any girl that looks like she’s too young to drive.

Amanda did a wonderful job on my hair and my dad’s hair a month ago. I am from out of town and asked to make an appointment for when I was back in town over 4th of July. I was not able to make an appointment due to their no appointment policy. I called her the week before I was coming back into town and she told me no problem, I’ll be there all day. We show up on Saturday and she was already gone for the day and not back for a week. Very disappointing. She should have taken my number and called me. Not happy.
