Second time I made an appt at this place to bring my toddler so we didn’t have to wait forever before they take us back. I came exactly when they told me to for my appt, and had to wait for two other ppl (30 minutes). Their appts mean nothing. Don’t waste your time. Disrespectful. Not a way to run a business. Don’t make appts if you can’t keep them.

I had to change my Italian barber on banksville rd for 35 yrs due to his retirement. The replacement was not working. Chose to stay close by at Supercuts on Cochran rd and got a fantastic cut and welcome service from Krista. I think the old Italian barber myths are superficial.

Great experience! Clean establishment. Friendly staff. I was taken back 15 minutes before appointment time. Hair dresser was nice and funny. I have really thick hair, so I spend a good amount of time with the person, and she was a Great conversationist.

Ok for this type of salon. Usually a decent cut but hard to get any consistency with the revolving staff. Would rate higher if shop was better manned and had more experienced hair dressers. Price is fair and overall it works. Will continue to go to this shop. People are friendly and do their best.

I showed up and called ahead. There was only 2 people working (typical for this SC) and people were just walking in and getting served. I understand the concept of calling ahead, but it shouldn’t take 1.5 hours to get a cut! Go ahead and get your hair cut here, just don’t expect to get in and out.
