I was so happy that this location opened back up- I missed it so much. Well they have a new manager and stylist named Benji and he is amazing. Hes friendly and fast, and my cut was perfect. I went in looking like Shreck, and came out looking like Channing Tatum. For real though, great cut. Haircut

My hairdresser, Benji, cut off all of the length that I had. He shaved my sides very uneven, and one to two inches higher than I asked. The shave is bordering on the top of my head and goes back farther than I asked as well. I asked for 2 inches off the back and left with the back shaved and choppy. I came in with the intention of fixing up a mini mullet and left with extremely highly shaved sides and no length left. I would not recommend.

All I needed was a simple buzz on the sides of my head as I have a bun on top. Stylist cut off a large chunk of the bun at the top and did not mention it, commenting that there were “just a few stragglers from the top,” when finishing the cut. While not unwelcoming, this service was extremely unprofessional and left my hair parting asymmetrical on the back.

I’ve had good haircuts and bad haircuts in this place, but what I had this Monday was the most horrible one in my life. I didn’t catch the stylist’s name, but I can tell that she is extremely inexperienced: First I asked for a No. 2 clipper, but she pressed the clipper so hard against my head, and it looked like a No. 0. She also cut my hair incredibly slow, but the final result was very unsymmetrical. The whole experience feels like this stylist was still learning and used me as a practice, and I’m certain that this should not happen. If you guys can track down who this stylist is, I would seriously suggest that you fire her.

They do eyebrow waxing for only $12.00, and they’re very polite. I HIGHLY recommend calling ahead to let them know you’re coming and what service you’re interested in that way they can prepare (I called at 9am to ask about the wax and they said it would take over 2 hours for it to heat up and be ready). Saved me time.

I have had three cuts at this place. So I guess it deserves a review. Two of the cuts (the first and third times) were nice. My hair looked good for days after these cuts. The girls who did this fine job were Dawn and Brenae. The second cut wasn’t particularly great, which is why I don’t remember the name of the girl who cut my hair. I would recommend it. Don’t expect classy and fancy service. It will be mostly a rush-rush affair, considering that this place gets mostly college kids looking for a quick cut. Also, it is likely overpriced considering Pittsburgh prices. I am sure you could find a better place for haircuts at a lesser price. I am a tad lazy.

The only place to get your hair cut. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. The first person that cut my hair there was a manager and I didn’t even know until the end which is awesome. There is also this one lady with blue and black hair and tattoos and she is the friendliest person there! I’m always excited to go back and get my hair cut.

Solid spot to get your hair cut. I know what I want done and the few stylists I’ve had did a good job. If you go early (by 10-11am) there is usually no wait. You can go to the website and see how busy they are and put yourself in line.
