I am extremely impressed with Bobby. I went on an very busy Saturday. He took time to ask me what I was looking for with my haircut and did a fast and efficient job. My hair is not easy and many people are intimidated to cut and style it. Bobby jumped in like a pro and rose to the occasion. It passed the “husband test”, as I always value his opinion. I have been to this location 4 times, and 3 of those were on my lunch hour-I have had three different stylists and each one has been fantastic! Big shout out to Jenny (store leader), Audrey, and most recently today, I had Delaney! Just gems of young ladies who take their time, care, and pride in doing a great job cutting and styling hair! Worst hair cut experience of my life! I just went in to get my hair trimmed, by Savannah. she didn’t even know how to properly do it. She made one side longer the the other, and the one side was blocky and not even blended with the hair. When I went back to have her fix it she just cut the one side making it even more uneven and had the audacity to say it was my layers. I had to ask to have another stylist fix my hair and she had to cut even more off to make it even. By the end of the cut I had 2 inches more then I wanted cut off. All I wanted was a trim! It’s going to take me months to even get close to my normal length. I have never met a stylist unable to preform such a simple cut.

Ive been here about 3 times with my daughter. This most recent time was a couple weeks ago prior to back to school.. when I walked in the girl at the desk was unbelievably rude! You’d think her having to take my name was the biggest inconvenience in the world. And as for the haircut.. i asked for layers for my daughter who has very long hair.. i even had a pic. Was a super easy cut. What she got was a trim.. if you can handle a simple trim save the 20 bucks. This place is a joke. Theyre not only put out when you walk in.. but they cant do some simple layers.
