I took my daughter to get split ends cut off she hasn’t had a good haircut in awhile so she needed 10 inches cut off but it looks healthy now not long and strangly. I would recommend going here this is were I usually take both of my kids.

I can’t begin to explain how mad I am right now, I told them what I wanted and did the exact opposite, I said don’t even touch the sides and back of my head and what do they do they grab their scissors and start cutting away, and after that I walked into the shop with many inches of hair and I walked out with maybe one and a half of an inch, I don’t think I will ever be back

Terrible experience. Took my son today. Always have Jen S cut his hair but she was off. Whoever this girl is that cut his hair needs to go back to school. Cut 2 inches out around ears. Crocked back. Scissors on top that looks like a hack job. He asked her to leave the front long so he can stand it up, nope sorry kid. Chop chop… won’t make that mistake again….

Came in first to make an appointment, I asked a simple question and she gave me a remark “I do this for a living, I know what I am doing”. I didn’t take it to heart the first time. I came back for the appointment, I sat there minding my own business while they took another lady for a haircut and the employee stated to me “she had an appointment before you, you are on the list. Be patient.” Very rudely. She repeated that loudly so everyone can hear. Dead silence after that. She said that three times. I wasn’t even talking, or saying anything.
