This was such an amazing experience! I wanted to get rid of my highlights, go darker, and do curtain bangs. Cassandra did such an amazing job and the other employees were so kind as well! She was willing to look at pictures I showed her and made changes as she went a long per my request. A great environment with very talented artists. Was able to get an appointment easily, and once I arrived I only had to wait a minute. The staff was friendly, great haircut was given, and for a reasonable price. Will come back again when I need another haircut.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe manager did my hair and I’m disappointed to say the least. She said she knew how to do ethnic hair and she didn’t do a good job. She blow dried my hair on the WARM setting and my hair was frizzy when I left. My type of hair requires higher heat, she should know this. Maybe a new hair dryer is needed? The manager did my hair and I’m disappointed to say the least. She said she knew how to do ethnic hair and she didn’t do a good job. I had an appointment at 5:45. To be fair I was 5 minutes late, but the manager turned me away and was short tempered and nasty with me. Saying “I can’t do it in 10 minutes”. ‘It’ being a shampoo and cut. So I politely said just a cut only would be fine. I figured if she could do the former in 15 minutes this would work. But she was just rude and mean and turned me away. Maybe she had a bad day. We all do, so I can forgive her being so cruel about it. BUT online it says they are open until 7pm weekdays. So either online is wrong or she is a bad manager. I proceeded to my car to cry my eyes out. The haircut was because we were going to see my dying father. I’m never going there again.

This is the picture I gave them and they gave me pretty much a buzz cut. The barber told me to close my eyes for a small portion to I guess keep the hair out of my eyes but I think it was maybe because they messed up and didn’t want me to see. Long story short I probably have to wear a hat for the next week.

I take my son here whenever he needs his hair cut and honestly I love this place! I have had no issue with anyone cutting his hair but we LOVE Jordan! She is so personable and very nice, we will be back again for sure! The shop is always clean and they follow Covid protocol to the T♥️

I went and got my hair cut first time at Super Cuts by a awesome guy Josh! I think I found a new hair dresser. He listened to what I wanted done. I talked to him about how I have been growing out my hair to donate it and he gave me alot of information on gow to go about doing it! The people were friendly and got me in earlier than my original appointment. However, after I had her cut my hair short with short layers I was super happy. She curled my hair and it was adorable. Yet the next morning when the curls were out I noticed there were still long spots and it was not even at all! One side was longer than the other and where the short layers were there were two long strands that stuck out like a sore thumb. I had to take my scissors and even it out.
