I haven’t been there in several months, for good reason. Last time I went, the stylist was making some uncomfortable and completely unprompted comments about me being trans and was saying she didn’t know how to do what I requested (it was a very straightforward haircut) while actively cutting my hair. Seeing as this was a haircut for my senior prom, I was scared. The haircut wasn’t bad but it wasn’t worth the discomfort and awkwardness, definitely going somewhere a bit friendlier this year.
