Used the app so didn’t have to wait to long. Good haircut the stylist was friendly and did a great job. After the hair cut went to tip my stylist but they were all mia faster than I could get to the check out.

Went and got my haircut last minute, I have kids that kept me busy all day so couldn’t sneak out to get it earlier, for a wedding the next day and ended with the worst haircut I have ever had. I was engaged in conversation with the hair dresser and wasn’t paying attention to my haircut, which I normally do, and when I was done I took a quick look in the mirror and had to leave as I had to get back to the kiddos. Once I got home and showered I looked at my hair again and it was awful. My hair was so unevenly cut that it made my head look lop sided. I took my clippers and fixed as best as possible. I asked for a 1.5 on the sides 1 side was the 1.5 and the other was a 3. The fade was also very uneven with lines. My left side was about an inch lower on the beginning of the fade compared to the right.

Made a reservation to cut on the wait time. Used their website. As I’m walking in there are two guys walking ahead of me… As we enter the first just sits down, and the one in front of me waits to put his name in. The girl asks the first guy if he’s a walkin or if he called ahead. He said he used the website to make a reservation. The girl says I only see (says my name), and I tell her that’s me. The guy says my name’s Tom, and he said maybe because I didn’t put my last name in? When I made mine the system wouldn’t allow you to submit without all the fields filled. So she’s like I see you now (he was entering it on his phone as he was explaining) she turns to the guy ahead of me and asks if he’s a walkin or if he made a reservation (he says walkin) I’m like cool there’s 2 free hair dressers I’ll get one for putting in my reservation (was 4mins early) so the girl says you take Tom since the system put him last for not entering his last name, and you can come with me (walkin guy). I said why’s he next? She said because he came in before you. I guess if you want to waste your time making a reservation, that doesn’t mean anything… They take first come, first serve.

They were friendly and offered the best appointment times they could manage. Haircut was well done, and the hairdresser took care in ensuring all parts were done as I preferred, but without taking unnecessarily long about it. Quick, efficient, and friendly. They can get fairly busy though, so call ahead.
