Brought my son in today for a haircut. Our appt was for 4:40 but were told there were there were 2 people ahead of us? My son was finally taken back at almost 4:55 and was finished at 5:07. All of this could be understood and acceptable except that the quality of the cut was apparent immediately. The two sides are uneven and the trim work around his ear looks like I did it. I was skeptical about going to Supercuts, but figured they were professionals and would perform as such. I was wrong. Go to Comb and Razor where they take pride in their craft and understand the importance of customer service.

I went to get my first haircut in about a year, not gonna lie I was pretty nervous. But I had such a great experience. I showed my stylist Beckie a picture of what I was thinking and she gave me exactly what I wanted! She talked me though what she was doing too. I could of gotten the worst haircut and I still would of been happy with it. The lady was so nice and very professional. I was a couple mins late for my 7:40 pm appointment and she was unbothered by my irresponsibility. The last 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been to supercuts in the last 10 years I’ve been very happy with my haircuts. I wish I would of paid closer attention to the total because I would have liked to have given more then a 20 dollar tip, she deserves it. Thank you!

I came in the Webster store Saturday at about 11 AM, I had a last minute invite with friends, I asked for wavy hot iron quick do….my hair is not thick or volumes as a senior citizen and I have had numerous visits throughout the years. I was met with a very cool and unfriendly stylist , I didn’t get her name but she was a heavier girl with a brown bob. She quoted me $ 1 per minute ( I have never heard of this before and thought was quite expensive, but, I went for it….I sat in the chair to show her a pic from my phone, but, she was not interested. After another go around with what I wanted, I got up took the cape off and said I was no longer interested in her poor and unprofessional work ethic. She really needs to be groomed in customer service. Bad experience.

Critical: QualityI made an appointment for my son. When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes. After 10 minutes a girl finished with a client and swept and then disappeared into the back. There was another stylist working on a client. When he finished then he took me. I’m not sure why the first girl didn’t take me but whatever I was patient. The guy seemed very nervous and was fumbling. He took a very long time to do a simple cut. My son’s hair is awful. The fade is bad, the back sticks up, the cut is all over the place. (See photo) I will have to take my son somewhere else to fix it. After the cut is done and they ask you how it looks I don’t want to be rude and say “it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever seen” but that is how I felt. The stylist was kind so I feel bad but just be warned. It all depends on who you end up with. First time at this Supercuts. I did not call ahead or make an appointment online, but got right in. Stylist Olivia was sweet and listened carefully to my preferences. She took her time and had me check her work several times to make sure I was pleased (super short style). From a warm greeting when I entered through the warm towel and checkout.. all went smoothly. I would return to this Supercuts if I am in the Webster.
