This review is on behalf of my mothers experience. My mom walked in on Wednesday of last week to get a hair cut after a year of hair loss due to her medications. She said someone named Jeff who was originally from the Greece location took care of her hair cut. Jeff did not only make my mother feel better about what she was going through, but they were knowledgeable about the situation. My mother left feeling confident about her appearance and loves her haircut. Hearing her talk about this experience on Christmas makes me heart full and I wanted to share. Thanks Jeff!

What can I say? I almost always use Supercuts at all of their locations now. Affordable pricing and friendly, gregarious staff make it a joy. I always seem to make up for the great pricing by leaving a large tip but I’d be hard pressed not to after how satisfied I am after each and every cut. They carry hair products but don’t try to upsell you. You get what you ask for, and a pleasant experience to accompany it.

Got a quick haircut on a Sunday morning – the stylist was nice and trimmed my hair as I requested. In the time of COVID, I also felt safe there as they took my temperature, asked me to use hand sanitizer, I watched the employees sanitize their hands and surfaces around the salon, and of course everyone was in masks. Hair cut was as expected at a fair price.

Critical: QualitySo I asked for a bob that wasn’t super short with a small pice shaved on the side (not the whole side) she cut it way to short and it’s choppy and uneaven my right side of the back of my head is about an inch shorter than the left. The ladies at this location were wonderful. They are so nice as well as providing great service. My stylist today was checking with me on length, where I like my part, if I wanted layers or face framing, and did a beautiful job. I’m definitely coming back to this location!

If you want a great haircut Ask for Rikki! She does a great job every time. She is at the Baytown Plaza on Empire Blvd in Webster New York. I have sent many friends to see her and they all say the same thing.You will need to call first thing in the morning to get an appointment to see her. Because she is so good she has a huge following ,so call early.

Why do they have online check in if they do not honor the times? Just let two walk ins ahead of my time, because stylist didn’t get to log them in before my appointment was accepted. No problem Bay Town Supercuts I have an extra half hour to waste because you didn’t log people in as they arrived.
