I made an appointment online to have just my under cut touched up which takes 5 minutes to do literally, because ive had this done multiple times before, and I was told that I was going to have to wait at least a half hour to have it done. What was the point of scheduling an appointment if they’re not going to take you and do your service. I tip very well when u have my hair done. Under cut normally costs me 10 dollars the person that does it walks away with a 20 dollar tip. I scheduled this on my lunch break figured I’d be in and out and that did not happen. Worst experience I’ve had at a salon. Guess I’ll just go back to my normal salon that I go to that has never been understaffed.

Somehow, despite my colicky hair, Nikol manages to get my hair perfect everytime. Love the attention to detail and consistency when I get my haircut here. I’ve struggled to find a place where I get that. In the past, I hadn’t always looked forward to getting my haircut. My favorite stylist here makes it a pleasant experience.

I made an appointment for 10:00am for a blowout. Walk in and check in with the person up front she says yes I see your appointment but there is no one here yet to do your hair and by the time she gets here and sets up it could be a 30 minute wait. What’s the point of making an appointment in advance if you don’t even acknowledge appointments. Absolutely ridiculous, would never go to this location again.

There was only one stylist working but she was friendly, personable, and polite. I enjoyed the one on one attention and my haircutting experience was great. I highly recommend!

I have never given any places 1 star, but this place, 2 times, just horrible. I wanted a short hair but she made it too short, I told her I want layers so my hair would look thicker, didnt bother to ask more questions. The lady (glasses, blonde, a bit chubby) even didn’t give the rear mirro for me to check my hair in the back. All I heard was her tired breath next to my ears, lazy, harsh with the comb, hurt my head couples of times.

The ladies here are great. The do a fantastic job on my children’s hair. They make them feel comfortable and ask them what they would like done, even after consulting me. That way they are “in charge”. They talk to the kids and keep them engaged, all while explaining what they are doing to their hair. I appreciate being able to call ahead to get our name on the list. That makes it easy when you are running around doing errands in the plaza. They have tons of retail space filled with product. There are usually specials on the products too.
