Tamara is truly a god sent, I came in today praying someone would be able to get the red out of my hair and go back to blonde, I was bit nervous and skeptical we wouldn’t be able to lift all the red out. I believe the hairstylist who worked on my daughter’s hair was Tiffany (I apologise if I got it wrong!). She was very nice and personable, and very good at her job. She offered suggestions and made my daughter really happy with her new look. We will be back. Store wise, it was clean and had 2 other hairdressers working, so at the time (about 5pm on a Friday) it was not busy and customers were only waiting a couple minutes once they checked in.

Call, or book ahead of time. For afternoon appointments I recommend that, you show up, check-in, and take a ten minute walk. Bring a 4 or 5 star Sudoku puzzle, normally get through that by the time I get called. Morning appointments are normally on time! Haircuts are good. If you want a shave or a fancy haircut, then seek out a barber shop.

I made my appointment in the morning and it was for 2:30pm I got there and it was busy. Tamara did a great job with the cut, because she seemed very busy she really didn’t have time to do my foil wrap properly and the color was not even close to what I wanted. It’s been almost 2 weeks. she said it should lighten up and my hair has not done that as if yet. She said if I were to come back in within a week she would be able to fix it for me. I had explained that it took me a month to be able to get there and have my hair cut and foil wrap. As I sat there with a wet Head for about 20 minutes and was very cold the other hair stylist offered her costumer a warm towel and I thought wow wish Tamara had offered one for me. Was my first time being there so I didn’t know that they even had warm towels. As a person on a fixed income paying over 100.00 for a hair cut and highlights is a lot of money for me and I knew I couldn’t make it back for my hair color to be fixed.
