My sister dropped off my little brother for a cut and this atrocity resulted after about 10 minutes. And they charged him $20! My sister should have noticed it but whoever this person was who cut his hair doesn’t deserve to be working there and needs to go practice! My brother shouldn’t have been the head to practice on! I went before Thanksgiving for a haircut and originally came in to check the wait time so we arranged a time to come back. I come back to get told another hour and a half wait so I’m like no someone told me to come back at this time it’s already booked. I get in the chair for a haircut after a while of waiting again and the lady didn’t really say anything except for some dumb comment about my hair and obviously didn’t know what she was doing I honestly just wanted to leave regardless the outcome because the vibe was so bad but anyways probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten from supercuts . 30 dollars is way overpriced for the quality comming out of this place.

Took my 6 year old daughter here for a hair cut only because it was last minute and I couldn’t get her in anywhere else. The girl (Katelyn, I think?) was less than friendly and didn’t even speak to my daughter the entire time. She was rough with combing, pulling, etc. to the extent that I almost ripped my child out of the chair and left, mid- hair cut. It was terrible. I guess she got the job done, though Supercuts couldn’t pay me enough money to ever go back there again.

Called to make an appointment and I hesitated a minute because I was questioning my babysitter if time was okay and whoever answered said so do you want to make an appointment or not. I made it anyway even with her attitude. I arrived at my appt. And I stood there for exactly 6 mins. And their were two ladies cutting hair and one sweeping and not one of them questioned me if I had an appt or pretty much acknowledged me standing there ..So …I left !! Very Unprofessional!!

Went in there to get a trim and my hair straightened. Was told they could not straighten my hair simply because I have multicultural hair and “they do not have a good straightener”. Called the Supercuts in Cheektowaga they were able to do a fabulous job on my hair. To think that one Supercuts can do it and not the other is pretty ridiculous.

My daughter got her hair done here. I don’t recall the stylists name. She has worked there a long time though. She did a perfect highlight job and my daughter loved it. She was a really nice person. My daughter is 11 and she took her time and talked to her and made her really comfortable. Now if Tim Hortons would only let you come through the drive through on foot !!! As the dining room was closed.

A great haircut & just the way i like it- fast great quality & great conversation. Note* jamie, is a superstar. Our convo led me to an epiphany(straight up) thats had me hung up for 35yrs and your genuine ability to communicate brought me to a happy content acceptance about it( ) and im forever greatful. Did wonders❤️And im even cool w my hair for once bcuz you. Means more than youll know.Never thought a simple haircut.
