My fiance got his hair done here this morning because he was in a hurry and waited too long to go anywhere else. The back hair line on his neck is bad….just wrong. It is uneven and whoever cut it, came up far too high trying to correct their mistake.

Walked in and was advised to make an appointment for the next day since I wanted a color and cut. Scheduled an appointment for 2 p.m. for a color and cut. Got a call today at 11:45 a.m. (2 hours before my appointment) and was told they have to cancel on me due to short staffing and my hair being long so it would take too much time. I’m very disappointed as this was suppose to be for the holiday and now I have no appointment at all.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went there today and got a haircut. It was very overpriced at $22. For a men’s haircut. This was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever got. I tried to have my stylist fix it and she just made it worse. I didn’t want her doing any more damage to my hair so I just left and I will not be coming back. I feel like I should get a refund. I went there today and got a haircut. It was very overpriced at $22. For a men’s haircut. This was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever got. I tried to have my stylist fix it and she just made it worse. I didn’t want her doing any more damage to my hair so I just left and I will not be coming back. I feel like I should get a refund. The lady says we only have two people cause we had a call off and I will see if we can fit you in. I told her I made my appointment with Ronaldo. He then comes over to the desk and she tells him he needs to put the appointments in the computer. He says it wouldn’t let him. The are now arguing in front of me, the person getting their haircut, and the other people sitting there. I walked out. I have been going to this location for years. They said it was going to be a 35 minute wait, but it ended up being just 5 minutes. Fantastic! The hairstylist was so attentive, and made sure I felt great. She also didn’t ask me a lot of stray details about how exactly I wanted my sideburns done or my neckline done, which I extra appreciate since I always say I don’t care about the details, but stylists always ask me all those details.
