I appreciated she didn’t try to sell me expensive products I want interested in. I felt really good when I left about my hair and about myself. I was a walk in, no appt. If you want a fancy hair salon where they give you a glass of champagne or red wine, more likely you will not find it here. But anyway, it is clean always I go, especially with COVID-19 restrictions they are doing everything they can. Our part is to keep their business up so I’m a regular here for at least a year and a half. There are some things like costumer appreciation or like the hairstylist/s can be moody but who cares? terrible place. messed my son’s hair up so badly. my son was crying afterwards and the people there didn’t care. One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. Do not waste your time or your confidence going here.

Don’t go unless you have an appointment. 3 stylists, checked in, no one waiting. Guy walks in after me and the stylist that checked me in cuts his hair. Then she grabs her coat and leaves. I’m a 10 minute hair cut and I tip well. Easy Money… waited around for another 30 minutes… another guy that walked in after me left, I left after about 45 minutes. Thought I would try Supercuts for the first time… I won’t be back.

This is my first time I don’t give a gratuity for hair stylist person and it feels good. She was very upset when I requested to cut my hair with scissors and she keeps saying why not with super. It feels like you ask her to do it for free. someone needs to teach her the principle of business
