I’ve been coming to this place for the better half of the last decade; its usually a quick, easy and rather cost effective alternative to the options I have near me. Typically I don’t call ahead of time and therefore I expect a wait time of at least 20-25 minutes, and I’m glad to wait that long because the staff is usually extremely charming, I don’t feel like I’m waiting at the Doctor’s office and that’s a big thing for me, and finally the overall outcome of the whole thing is always surprisingly great to me. Sure enough I was given the good ole’ “20-25” minute range and made it to my seat to relax and wait. Then 30 minutes went by. Then 45 minutes went by and it was at this time that I had looked over to see the two stylists on shift taking care of one child. For 15 minutes they cut this child’s hair because his mom “Though it looked a little choppy on the sides.” Keep it in mind that by this point the store had slowly began to populate with customers. I get that when we’re at work nobody wants to be there, but I don’t want to see the people I’m about to pay $30 for a $15 haircut visibly moan and sigh when more customers walk in. I shouldn’t see their pace continue at the same lethargic, flat rate that they held when there was but one customer in the store. Furthermore the dialogue between myself and the stylist on shift was nothing short of dismal, I wasn’t offered any special offers, I could tell this was a person that just wanted to get in and out and collect their paycheck. I guess there in lies the problem, if your employees don’t care about you business then why should I? I’ll be going to a place closer to me henceforth, and it really is a shame because I loved this place.

Inconsistent. This place always has new/different hair stylists. I get the same haircut every time, it looks different every time. There are one or two stylists here that do good work and actually listen to what you want. Hint, most people have no idea how long a hair trimmer number is.

I had a appointment for highlights. When I got to the salon the employee cutting was visibly sick. She lost her voice, was coughing and looked awful. Myself and 3 other people left because of this. When we told her she looked terrible and needed to go home she said her boss wouldn’t allow her to. If this is how Supercuts treats their employees, I will not go back.

I have been going to Supercuts for a while and use the card to get a free haircut every once in a while. The service is excellent but I recommend calling ahead because they can get busy (I go on Sat or Sun). I wouldn’t go anywhere else and… I won a gift basket from there as well! I can’t promise that to you but the girls are great.
