Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going here for a couple years now and I think today did it for me. I walked in, the guy was rude, him and the girl who “cut” my hair were arguing. I asked for a trim of my layers and etc. she only trimmed the very ends of my hair (not the layers). Told me she can’t do anything to my layers and told me to grow them out because they were “uneven”. I Was there for five minutes and had to pay 23 dollars.. it’s literally always a hit or miss with this location but I’m done there.So, I went to the McKinley mall afterwards to their salon, and they cut my hair and did my layers. I can’t believe how terrible that salon has gotten.I’ve been going here for a couple years now and I think today did it for me. I’ve been going here for a couple years now and I think today did it for me. I walked in, the guy was rude, him and the girl who “cut” my hair were arguing. I asked for a trim of my layers and etc. she only trimmed the very ends of my hair (not the layers). Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment on the phone for my granddaughterfor Saturday morning at 9:40. When my daughter got there and checked-in they were told there was no appointment made. The manager tish is very rude. Will not go back there again. They need to improve their customer service. I made an appointment on the phone for my granddaughterfor Saturday morning at 9:40. When my daughter got there and checked-in they were told there was no appointment made. The manager tish is very rude. Will not go back there again. They need to improve their customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor by cutting your hair.

I called this morning to make an appointment at 9 am said 12:20 was first available time which I took. Checked in at 12:10 and heard nothing. Customers who pulled in at 12:30 and 12:40 were taken in before me. I called a full hour later to be told at this point er need to re schedule you. I understand the need to make appointments at this time but they should be kept or the consumer should be made aware of appointment changes.I have been using this supercuts since 2014. I called this morning to make an appointment at 9 am said 12:20 was first available time which I took. Checked in at 12:10 and heard nothing.
