I TRIED to use this business. I had an appointment scheduled on 9/17/22 for a color. I got there a little after 2 pm. My appointment was at 2:30 with Jackie. She apparently was working on a walk-in, who wanted her whole head braided, by the looks of it. I waited until 3 pm, then decided that I was leaving, considering I was coming from Cheektowaga! It’s not a short drive for me. George and the other lady were both very nice and even George, when I first checked in, said about 2:30. The other lady apologized, but did Jackie come over and say anything? No, she did not! The lack of communication from her is what has me upset. Her co-workers are the ones who had to speak for her. The friend who came with me, also knows her mother, and my friend is surprised at how Jackie acted. She was with me! Reading through the comments just now, I’m kind of glad I didn’t stay, but now, I’m stuck with half fading red/half natural dark brown/blackish hair color and trying to figure out how to fix it at home, with BOXED color…and I’m not a stylist/colorist…yet. I might learn, just so I can do my own hair and won’t have to deal with issues like this.

My husband went for the first time / it was great! Had been going to Wavelengths for many years. Bad experience at Wavelengths. Wanted to stay on Grand Island. Walked right in. Showed the stylist his picture of his last haircut. She sent him out looking fantastic! He was not sure of a new place; but this will be his new go to salon. Doesn’t always have to be a high end place. This Super Cuts comes highly recommended!

Critical: ProfessionalismThey lie. I had been trying to book an appointment using the app for awhile, which is normally how I book appointments, but that feature has either been down or turned off for several days, so since the app no India are there was no wait time, I stopped in after work. I arrived at a xactly 6:39 which is a half hour before closing. There was one stylist and apparently her friend sitting in chairs. No cutting or any other hair will was going on. When I walked in, the womban looked at me annoyed and Sid that she was “all booked up” and that she closes in 10 min anyway.. Imwbtioned that the posted hours are until 7 but if she is “booked” then oh well. The stylist then wine track to chatting with her friend. I understand not wanting to cut someone’s hair beige closing but don’t lie to me about it. Most of my haircuts take about 15 min. Anyway I went I to the gircery store next door and came out about 15 min later and she is still just chatting away with her friend. There were no bookings, and she just didn’t want to do anything. I just think it is unprofessional to be lied to so blatantly. Take your business elsewhere.They lie. I was getting my hair trimmed or my head shaved once every 4-6 weeks. Finally after them doing a very poor job and charging $20 each time, I stopped going. With my trim, they constantly missed sections of my hair and it was very noticeable. Same with the shave. Constantly missed large sections and the line between my shave and full length hair was constantly crooked. Very poor and incapable hair stylists.
