Best super cuts I’ve ever been to! Since I discovered this Supercuts, it is the ONLY location I will go to. The staff is professional. The store is very clean. If you book an appointment, they take you at the time you scheduled. They do not make you wait around. When you walk in the door, everyone is always very friendly and says hello. Stephanie always cuts my hair and does a fabulous job!

Went in for a basic trim and some layers in my hair. There was a newer employee, I think her name was Brianna, who did a number to my hair. It was pretty long and when I left, it had to be cut way shorter than what I would have liked because another employee had to fix the mess the newer girl made.

Just got a really bad haircut from a new employee. I understand a new person may not be the best at cutting hair but the store should at least have an experienced stylist shadowing that new employee. First she used way too much water to wet my hair then didn’t even trim around my ears and left lots of single long hairs sticking out.

Critical: QualitySo although the girl was great personality wise and working on her own and was really busy multitasking. My hair is so uneven. Went in for a cut and it’s so bad I have to have it fixed elsewhere now. Which means it will have to be cut super super short now. I didn’t want it to be this short. Especially now I have to pay someone else to fix it after already paying over $30 to have it done. I have cried so many times because of how much I hate it. And although I thought it was ok when I left I looked once I got in the car and completely balled my eyes out. I am devastated over this. And shame on them to leave her alone to answer phones, take appointments and walk ins. She was so busy and I feel aweful writing this but someone needs to know how horrible this situation really was for me. I really hope that management takes proper steps to rectify these issues. She may just need a little more experience as she did tell me she was new. And management needs to step it up and hire more people or have them float between locations because that is totally unacceptable. When I know west seneca and other locations have 6 people on at times yet that location isn’t any better. They sit around doing nothing and constantly go outside. I have only had my cut done here once for myself and took my son here also but they did a fine job on both. First time there I checked in on SC app and the next time I just walked in, I did not have to wait on either occasion. Staff seems very friendly and prices are about the norm for kids and men’s cut. We will definitely be going back again for another round since I did like it better than the typical FS location.
