I just moved to the area stopped in to have my hair cut by Amanda. She did an amazing job! I went back the next week to have highlights I have really dark hair and was worried about orange or brassy colors. Once again Amanda did amazing and I love my hair. Got an opening time cut because of work schedule on Wednesday before holiday. Amanda at Dunkirk, NY store was awsome. Took me right away, very courtious and great conversation. With all Thanksgiving things very professional and gave fantastic cut. Have had many compliments and about it. Was the second cut from her and same great results. Would definatly recommend and will be asking for her next time I need a fresh look.

I have been going to this place for well over a year and I have been pleased more than not, until today. I went in with my daughter for us to both get cuts. I was getting a very small trim as my hair is pretty short and thin anyways and my daughter wanted around 4-5 inches taken off. My daughter is 10 and was charged an adult haircut! Normally if I would have been approached by it in a way of respect, I would have had no issue with being charged for an adult for her hair (I understand it’s thick, long, and can get knotty) but to be deceitful about it is very wrong! My daughter told me on the way home that the other hair stylist told her hair stylist to charge for two adults as she walked by! I did not realize until I was almost home about the overcharge or I would have asked while there! I understand that it is close to Christmas and perhaps the salon is slow this week but to treat customers this way should not be allowed! Guess I will be finding a new salon to give my business to! Those who choose to go here please be cautious and watch what you are charged!

I am a college student, and was in desperate need for a haircut. I couldn’t get to where I get my haircut back at home near Buffalo, so I went here. The staff was very friendly, I love the haircut I got today, and will definitely be coming back! Easy to make an appointment if you need a haircut today or tomorrow would definitely recommend to anyone.

I Took my son on a Friday afternoon and there was no line! He Got a gorgeous haircut, the egde up was excellent and I got a wash with purple shampoo for blonde treated hair and a staighten and it was almost 100.00 dollars! So pricey wich is to be expected of large franchise places. But we were so pleased with the service that we still tipped. A nice, large clean place with talented employees and plenty of parking. I still get all my services usually done at my favorite small salon in my neighborhood as we should always try to suppory small businesses first! This facility only loses one star for pricing.

I cant be in 2 places at once. My one child had a eye appt and was running late there, other one had a hair appt. I left the one at the eye appt. Walked my teenager into supercuts and paid cash for the hair cut 23.00 and left a 5$ tip told them I had to go and pick up the other child at they eye doc. I believe because I wasnt there they could give 2 s@# about a teenage girl. The haircut took less then 5 min, they didnt wet it down, or fix her part. She didnt introduce herself to my daughter to make her feel comfortable , or bring a section from each side of her hair to the front to make sure it was even. I was heartbroken because I couldnt be there and her hair is beautiful, She almost cut off 15 inches which would of brought it still below her shoulders she only wanted 5 inches cut off which is a easy cut..but so unprofessional!. I did a on line complaint with my contact info for someone to contact me and no one ever did. NEVER AGAIN.

Amazing customer service and staff were nice to everyone. You can tell they like their job and their eagerness to please the customer. Christina was understanding and patient and took her time, I am pleased with the time she took to cut my hair and the assistance to pick out a product that she was knowledgeable about.
