I was a loyal customer here until they Completely butchered my hair today. First thing first I Showed them a cut/style I wanted, I came with a lot hair so it would have been easier but they completely cut it short and ended up giving me somewhat a military cut. Completely unacceptable. The barber clearly didn’t listen or even perhaps did not even look at the photo (quick glance) I showed to her in the beginning, Didn’t even communicate with me until the end of the cut. 1⭐️star and will be my last time.

I was in desperate need of a haircut and my usual girl was out sick. I was in Depew and decided to go here. I have short hair so im sometimes disappointed with how it turns out if I don’t make it to my regular girl. But I took a chance. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew Tayelor was going to do just fine. And she did.

Absolutely livid. Went in to get a quick haircut, didn’t want much done. MY HAIRLINE IS UNEVEN ALLAROUND, it’s so uneven it looks like a drunk cut my hair. Absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had and now I can do nothing but wear a hat for weeks. Horrible. Just Absolutely horrible. I don’t recommend Kiara AT ALLLL. Haircut

A lovely woman named Tayelor was recommended to me by a coworker to fix my previously botched hair. I walked in there upset after spending 200+ dollars on my hair at a previous salon to end up looking like I did an at home bleach job. Taylor, and her associates went above and beyond in regards to customer service. They were cracking jokes making me feel comfortable and validated that my concerns about my hair were warranted. Her customer service skills are enough to get a glowing review, but she did more than that. Fixing my hair was a near impossible job that she accomplished flawlessly, there is nearly no evidence of the hack job, and she managed to bring me to as close as possible to the color I originally wanted. The cherry on top of the cake though was how inexpensive the service cost!! I can not recommend this salon enough!
