Incredibly inconsistent service. Arriving at open doesn’t help; I arrived 2 minutes after opening and had an hour and a half wait with only 3 ahead of me. Idk what was up with that hair dresser today, but she was very combative and didn’t seem like she cared about how I always have my hair done. I told her how I wanted it, she fought me on how she wanted to do it. I walked out with a butchery of a hair cut. My son refuses to go anywhere else for his haircuts. They’re so kind to him and patient, particularly Samantha, who always does a stellar job and keeps him calm. He’s had horrible experiences elsewhere because they don’t know how to handle special needs kids, but everyone here loves my son and he’s so comfortable with them.

Came to get my hair curled for a military event. The stylist, if I can even call her that, was extremely rude from the moment I walked through the door. When she finally got started I asked her to use a good amount of hairspray so the curls would last all night, and I was told they were running out and she barely used any at all. She also burnt my ear twice and never once apologized. The curls looked horrible and didn’t even last a full hour after I left the salon. The stylist at the station next to me did three hair cuts on unwashed hair using the same blade, comb, and guard combs, never once sanitizing anything. Very dirty! When I contacted them FOUR times for a refund or some sort of reimbursement, I didn’t get a single response. I paid $50 to waste my time at this salon, again, if I can even call it that. GO ELSEWHERE!
