Critical: Quality, Valuewent in there for a deep conditioning treatment and hair cut with thinning it out. She trimmed my hair first which I have never had done and then for the deep conditioning treatment she had it in for 5 min when I k on it hasto be in for average 30-45 min so not a proper treatment and then just leaves my hair soaking wet and doesn’t even properly towel dry my hair. I have never left a hair salon with hair dripping wet before. I will never go back. went in there for a deep conditioning treatment and hair cut with thinning it out. She trimmed my hair first which I have never had done and then for the deep conditioning treatment she had it in for 5 min when I k on it hasto be in for average 30-45 min so not a proper treatment and then just leaves my hair soaking wet and doesn’t even properly towel dry my hair. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityRepeat customer. Normally have no issues and normally tip $10 on my $18 haircut. Had an appt, showed up early, waited 20 minutes after appointment time and appt still wasn’t acknowledged. Even overheard them tell their walk in customer(group of 3) that they had an appt they needed to get done, but chose to take them right in when customer said they wanted to make apt for following day. Waited until I put my jacket on to leave before they said they can get me in. Normally good experience, but don’t recommend if you have a busy schedule and need to get things done by appt times.
