I had a very friendly experience. I only went in for a trim, but she put a lot of effort into making sure it was exactly what I was hoping for. This is the only place I’ve ever been treated with a hot towel. That was a welcome surprise. I put off getting my hair cut for as long as I can, but when it’s time, I’ll likely be coming here again.

I wish that I could give less then a 1 star. My daughters just left there and are both COMPLETELY BOTCHED!! I can NOT believe that a salon, even one as cheap as Supercuts would let someone walk out their doors looking like this. They paid $300 for these services and have to pay to get it fixed!

I wish I could give negative stars!! Absolutely disgusted with the way they let me walk out. Erica showed me a picture of balayage and the end result was nothing even remotely close to what she had shown me. I wish I could show how my hair looks right now next to the picture she showed me. What a waste of $120, let alone have to spend more to get it fixed. I’m never the one to complain but when she showed me my hair all I could do was cry. I will never be returning to a single Super Cuts in my life ever again. I made a phone-call to corporate.

If I could give you less than 1 star, I would. Thanks for the chop job on my son’s hair. I had to recut it myself to fix the mess you made and MY cut looks better than the one he paid for! Take some pride in your craft people. No one should leave looking like they got half a haircut!
