Thank heaven for the woman who cut my sons hair at the Oswego Supercuts! (Sorry that I can’t remember your name, but I think that you are the manager with short blonde hair). Places close in the early afternoon and it can be challenging finding a place when you hear of a place, but don’t get there in time. Addmittingly, most Supercuts are not so great, but this one proved hopeful after the beautician understood when I said to her that my son wants a classic cut…no clippers, just a scissor and the clippers for tapering the back and sides. She did beautifully, making me realize that some beauticians still remember how to cut hair with no shortcuts…at Supercuts. Perhaps that should be there tagline… No shortcuts just Supercuts!

Walked in as they were closing early and they still took my daughter and me for a cut! Cassie is amazing. Let her work her magic with her razor comb. Never got that young blonde girls name. She was VERY good as well. Friendly and talented.

I probably go only once every 2-3 years because of bad experiences in the past. I am no longer afraid!! Danielle was super polite. I have been going here for years and I’ve never had an issue until yesterday. I have a birth mark that I hide with my hair. I have them do the same cut everytime and this time it was a normal cut again and I said please leave enough to cover the birthmark. I didn’t realize until today that you can see it and there is not enough to cover it like normal. Very disappointed and annoyed.

So I went tonight, and I am honestly so happy. I had a great experience here. And I plan on going back! It’s a little farther from me, but the drive is definitely worth it. If you’re there ask for Sydney Kress because she is amazing! We had a great conversation and she went above and beyond to my every request. I’m so satisfied with my hair. She’s very talented at what she does, and seems like a wonderful person. I’d recommend her over anyone else I’ve ever been to. Thank you for the wonderful service!
