Kudos to staff for honoring online check in. My 2 kids were taken in for their haircuts right on time. (Other nearby Supercuts locations don’t seem to comply with online check in.) Stylists did a great job, we were in and out in less than 25 minutes.

On October 5th I wandered in on a Saturday morning, I was up from Connecticut visiting my daughter at school and she said I had to get my hair cut. I was first in as they just opened and the nicest women looked at me and said I just needed to get my layers worked right. I have very curly hair and she did an amazing job. We talked about our kids and it was literally the best hair-cut I’ve had in the last decade. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she had a Syracuse shirt on and was a delight. Thank you again!

It was pretty much like a cattle prod situation.. ushered my son and I in.. asked me what I wanted.. I explained it. Was told no we will do this.. dug the razor into my neck several times..and was basically non conversational. I asked my 13 year old his experience.. said they just started cutting didnt ask what he wanted .. and he stated the person was pretty rough and also had razor scraping ..

Been there a couple times for just a hair cut and both times (I think she’s a manager) who was doing my hair and she would not stop commenting on my acne and telling me what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. Didn’t know I was coming here for skin advice from a hair stylist? Another time I had a super nice hair stylist and she was coloring my hair, turned out amazing and exactly how I wanted but the whole time that same manager lady was giving her dirty looks and making comments to their other coworkers about how she was doing it wrong so I was sure to leave her a good tip. I need a haircut but I’m not going back there now. Rather go where someone isn’t going to comment on my minor acne scars. Lol

We’ve been coming here on and off for the last 2 years. Mostly good experiences. However our most recent visit not at all pleasant. Not sure what the issue was but checked-in online at opening (11am) and our time slot was 12pm. Walked in at 1152am and was created but immediately told the wait would be significantly long with a tone of “go away and leave me alone”. I reminded the stylist that I had already checked-in. She again proceeded to enlighten me that the wait would be extremely long. I said no problem. Yes, the stylist was alone and doing a blow-dry (I get it) but what I don’t get is how on the first day of Spring Break they would only have one stylist knowing there would be a rush. As we say waiting she turned away at least two people. Not sure who does the scheduling but it was poorly done. In the end not stylist’s fault but organizationally someone is not doing their job.

This place was awesome. The staff was super friendly and chilled out, not to mention more than accommodating. The energy in the place was great, everyone was singing and goofy at times :). Im not sure what my stylist’s name was, but she turned a $100 mediocre haircut in to a $15 bomb-a** inverted bob. I definately found my salon.
