I made an appointment through Supercuts’ online appointment setter the morning of my appointment. It was a Saturday morning, September 27th, and there was only one appointment left that morning. I knew they were going to be busy but I needed to get a haircut and could not come during the week. Due to the shortage of workers, there were only two stylists. When I got there one of the stylist told me I would have to wait because they were busy. She was very pleasant. After I came about 6 more people came. Both stylists were very patient telling the customers that they were a little behind and that there would be a wait. I was impressed with the stylists’ professionalism. I had time enough to wait and did not mind waiting either. Once I was called to get a haircut the stylist was very cordial and listened to my description of how I wanted my haircut. She took her time with me and was very talented. I was very pleased with my haircut!

I went in this past weekend to have my hair trimmed. I explained to the girl that I wanted my hair Trimmed and thinned out. The girl proceeded to chop my hair off. One side is longer than the other. I can’t do anything with it. So now I have to go through the stress of getting it fixed somewhere else,and spend more money. The doors where locked at the time I showed up. The 2 girls where having to much fun inside doing each others hair. Very unprofessional. The girl pretty much gave me what she wanted. Do not go to this location. Very inexperienced, and they don’t listen to the clientele…

Not sure what went wrong. My hairdresser spoke very knowledgable regarding what i wanted. Said everything right, but the execution was lacking. I wanted a blended fo- hawk . I left with an army crew cut. All one length??? I’m soo confused because she relayed back to me everything i wanted, but none of that happened??? She was very personable but i wanted a haircut not a new friend. Guess I’ll be rocking a hat for a couple weeks.

Always a great experience. Staff are quick, efficient and most importantly, nice. Even if I have no clue what style I want, they always help me out and give me a cut I love. Their new online scheduling (as of 3/4/21) can be a little wonky if you’re doing it as “Guest”. Just take the 30 seconds and create a login. Once you’re signed in, the system seemed to work fine. There’s a mobile app too, but I don’t like having apps on my phone I only use once per month, so I just use the site.
