I tried to get a walk in for a trim on my very short hair. There was not a soul in the waiting area, but the person at the register told me they had quite a wait and could I come back in two hours. It’s now 10 minutes later, I am still in their parking lot writing this review, and still no one in the store. They could have been finished with my hair by now.

Critical: ProfessionalismShame on me for not reading the bad reviews about this business beforehand.I was a repeat customer (up until tonight). I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews about a business but this business certainly deserves one.I made an online appt. for 5:40 pm. I even made sure to leave a few minutes earlier than usual because the weather was bad. I ran into some unexpected traffic (and some parking trouble) which contributed to me arriving three minutes late for my appointment.The person working the register (I assume she was the same person who was going to cut my hair) proceeded to tell me that they close at 6 pm and she can’t take my appointment. Not only did she forego a decent tip but (permanently) lost a (repeat) customer because of the rigid punctuality requirements.BTW, the door to your business says you close at 7 pm. You may want to update that to reflect you actual business hours.My hair is short and takes 5-10 minutes to cut. I drove a half hour each way just to be turned away at the door because I was three minutes late.I do not and will not recommend this business to anyone. They may think they are the only game in town but obviously they are not.
