Called 45 minutes ahead of time and asked if I could make an appointment and the stylist said that I wouldn’t need to make an appointment and that I could just come in. By the time I got there the lady at the desk asked if I had an appointment and I replied saying I was instructed not to make one. She then told me it’d be a 30-45 minute wait. Another woman came in and complained she called an hour ahead and was instructed not to make an appointment subsequent to the stylist telling her it was an hour wait. I had waited about 40 minute when I had decided to leave because 3 people were taken ahead of me and I was going to be late to work. I have gone to virtually all of the supercuts in the capital region and this is the first one I’ve had a problem with. Highly reccomend the one in Latham or literally any other one.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI went to Supercuts for the first, and last time today. They had one stylist there and she said she was over booked for the time I scheduled. She continued to complain about it while shampooing my hair. She cut 4 inches off my hair in a matter of 5 minutes or less and sent me on my way, without blow drying it. I felt like I was rushed out of the door. The cut was $20 and I figured since she was having such a bad day that a nice tip might make it worth it for her. So i have her a generous tip.I got home and dried my hair myself just to find that the front of my hair hasn’t been cut all the way and I still had hair 4 inches longer then the rest.Now I’m not saying it’s completely the stylist fault. She seemed frazzled as it was(even tho it was just me and one other gentleman in the salon). She was a little rude but I figured everyone had those days and she was there alone. But I paid more then I do at Fantastic Sams and got WAY less quality.I should have none it would be a bad experience when I walked in and the place just looked dirty.I will never return to this location or any other for that matter and would NEVER recommend it to anyone who wants a decent hair cut.I went to Supercuts for the first, and last time today. I went to Supercuts for the first, and last time today. They had one stylist there and she said she was over booked for the time I scheduled. She continued to complain about it while shampooing my hair. She cut 4 inches off my hair in a matter of 5 minutes or less and sent me on my way, without blow drying it. Always a get a good cut here and very little wait. Most times there’s two stylist on at all times. They also have a check in on their app and self check in when you arrive.

The woman didn’t mix color correctly and my hair came out bright orange. She got my whole back dripping wet when she washed color out. I had to take my shirt off. Then she didn’t do anything with my hair – no styling, no rollers, nothing. She just blew dried my hair straight out – she later said that any styling would cost extra. I looked a clown. Although they offered to adjust the color, they made it difficult and I have yet to get it done. I would no recommend.
