Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey destroyed my color. Then stripped my hair destroyed 15 yrs of no stripping of my color. Died it again and I ended up with a purple hue to my hair that was supposed to be a bright brown with a little red to it. I went there for years with no issues. Then my colorist left and now I have the worst hair of my life…when I need the best hair. I am literally in a fashion show as a handicapable woman. With purple roots. My hair looked better with white hair and two toned from grow out before I walked in there. The damage she did can’t be undone. They charged me despite making my hair look Horrible! I will never go there again!!!!! Do Not Go There For Color. I am horrified that I have to go to a fashion runway show, with damaged, and horribly colored hair. I wish I never went. I am in tears. The girls were friendly and did a pretty good job on my daughter and my hair. The most frustrating thing is being over charged for the fifth time at this shop! The first four times I was charged an adult cut for a child but I caught it. I didn’t trust the stylist. This time I wasn’t paying attention to the charge with all the other things to have to remember with covid. I was once again charged for an adult cut! I am done!

If I could write a worse review I would. Maria seems to be the good one there. The gentlemen with ‘dread locks’ destroyed my daughters hair. It was a stunning approx. 8″ long. Her hair was her mother’s hair who’s not around. We always cherished the haircut as a symbol of her mother. I asked for a shoulder length cut. In literally one cut he cut off all her hair, she looks like a boy. She;s 17 and goes back to school in two months. I know it’s only a haircut but it was a legacy to her mother, 17 year old girl, high school, cut like that, not a good situation.
