Wow. I signed up on line and got there 10 minutes early. The place was empty–no customers, no visible employees, no one. I sat there for 20 minutes (10 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment) and left. You’d think someone would have at least checked the online check-ins and had been out in the salon and available. BTW, while I was there, another man came in, sat for 5 minutes, saw what was going on, and left. Sorry, but this is no way to run a business.

I love this place. Always get a good deal for the money. But they keep loosing my record of cuts. Of the size clipper guides, and weather I get scissor cut. Its supposes to be on record so that next time you’re in and out. But seems after 12 years of going there. They loose it every time. And sometimes they forget the hot towel.

My daughter received a hair cut – shampoo and cut. She wanted it dried and I agreed to it, BUT please be aware the charge is $27 to dry. I was not told the pricing nor was it displayed. Thereafter (after I left, I called to find out if this was indeed correct) I was told there is a ‘quick dry’ option that is less expensive. Hair cut $21 plus dry $27, spent $48 on my 11 year old daughters hair. I write this to be more informative and put it out there as I was shocked.

I dropped my husband off at the handicapped sidewalk as he used a walker while recovering. It turned out that when he leaned on the door he locked the car while it was running! When the hair stylist heard me say to him that I was going to walk home to get the spare key, she quickly went and asked a co-worker not on duty if she could give me a ride. I wish I knew both of their names so I could thank them both here! She didn’t even let me pay for her gas and my husband’s haircut looked great. Thank you so much and God bless you both. I asked Brendalize for a tight cut over ears and through back with whispy ends. She cut a shap side burn that went into over ear lines on both sides. She didnt cut back short and wispy but long and tapered. Not happy with cut at all. Last time Kelly did exactly what I wanted and it was beautiful. I will go again just not to Brendalize.

Overall the haircut was fine, but I only got a trim so it was nothing that great. My biggest complaint was about the wait. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30, and when I entered the salon and checked in I was told they would get to me ASAP, that there were 2 clients ahead of me. One of the customers ahead of me also had scheduled an appointment and was told there would be a wait. Luckily, the stylist was efficient and I was in the chair by 10:50 , but in my opinion this totally defeats the point of scheduling an appointment. One of the big reasons I have used this salon is that they do online scheduling, but after this I am not sure I will return.
