This place hires girls straight out of beauty school. Nobody invests in quality gear, no metal blades and they’re not allowed to use nor would any of their girls pay for quality straight blades to finish a mens cut. The prices are also super high for the quality cut they provide, you can go to Gregory’s Barbershop across the street next to UPS for the same price and get a real barbershop experience with the best, experienced stylists. The owner lets these young, inexperienced girls run the place, it’s just his cash cow and they’re better than Cost Cutters but certainly not worth what they charge. They may have one good stylist but you’re taking a chance at likely getting a newbie who can’t do an even fade, doesn’t have a set metal blades and just an awful cut.

My appointment felt rushed but the cut came out okay. I showed a photo of what I wanted to get done (it was a fade) and the woman who cut my hair scuffed that I had high expectations. I understand that Supercuts may not be as advanced as a local barbershop, but I honestly didn’t feel I was asking for much.

Terrible costumer service. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was being totally rude. When my boyfriend and I got in there, the receptionist didn’t even say hi, she just asked for my boyfriend’s phone number and told him if he didn’t want to give it to her then we should go somewhere else. We left the place. Don’t waste your time going there.
