Went in for a haircut waited for about 20 minutes. Apparently had no idea what to do with long curly hair. My haircut was completed in approximately three minutes. No joke. All she did was cut the back straight across. That’s it. I find that hard to believe when I haven’t had a haircut in over a year. I asked her for a long LOB. People that have no idea should not be working cutting people’s hair. II left her no tip, and the $17.00 I paid was way way too much. I can’t believe she actually charged me for what she did. She didn’t dry my hair she did absolutely nothing I can’t believe it. So as a follow-up I would like to add that someone from Supercuts called me and told me a manager from the store would contact me about my haircut. It has been over a week now and I have still not been contacted. Guess they don’t care all that much about their business.

Brought my 6 year old in for a cut as a co-worker said they did a great job with her son. My son is not a fan of haircuts, I asked them to be patient,they weren’t they rushed through his haircut and it shows in his cut. We will be going back to his old barber.

Critical: QualityFor me to write this review is bad because I never write reviews. There was nobody in the shop when I arrived and the lady was rushing me everywhere. She missed a long chunk of my hair when she was cutting it, and she charged me for a cut, shampoo, and blow dry but she barely blow dried my hair. My hair was soaking wet when I left. Would not recommend going to this location. Other locations have friendlier staff and actually do what there supposed to do.For me to write this review is bad because I never write reviews.
